Message	consider mail-order! I have purchased over $5K in tires for my 94TT from a few local tire shops since I bought it. I just got a set of front tires delivered from The Tire Rack (4 day delivery by UPS), and my savings compared to the local shop is about 45% (including delivery and mounting expense). Talk to Luke at The Tire Rack (he is a member here on the Forum); very professional and quick service!! Also, the local tire shop has no problem with me buying tires and bringing them in to be mounted to the wheels (I brought in the wheels and they charged me $20. to mount/balance both of them). I will put the wheels back on myself tonight, and get back on the road again!!
